TERMS OF USE

Please understand that the "Terms of Use" are provided for both your protection and mine; they are written to clarify the terms under which the images contained within this collection may be used. These terms are legally binding.

1. You may not claim any of my dolls as your own work. If you use any of my dolls on your website, you must use a linking logo and correct referring link within the same page that the image(s) appear. A text link is permitted. Using this logo and link is part of the copyright.

2. You may not alter, change, colorize, resize or modify any of my dolls.

3.You may not use my dolls for commercial use or fininacial gain

4. Please load the images to your own server or web site directory. Please do not link directly to my images.

5.If you use my dolls on your website, please email me the URL of the completed page.

6. If for any reason I request that any of my dolls be removed from your site, you will be given 72 hours to comply. Offenders will be prosecuted. Violations of the terms of use could subject you to this request.
